Regional Parks and the
Sonoma County Family YMCA
bring you "Naturally Fit," a series of outdoor adventures in the parks. Energize your body and mind with fresh air, gorgeous scenery and fun workouts led by Y instructors.
A variety of Naturally Fit exercise classes are offered each spring, summer and fall. Classes range from Insanity to yoga. Check out our 2016 schedule:

Fees & Registration
Each six-week session is $18. Parking is $7 or free with a Regional Parks membership. Register online at sonomacountyparks.org. Registration closes 2 business days prior to the start of the session.

month. Healthy Parks Healthy People promotes wellness by connecting
residents to low-impact physical activities in public parks and open
Sonoma County Regional Parks offers a variety of activities that
embrace the Healthy Parks Healthy People philosophy. Designed for all
fitness levels, guided walks are offered in English and Spanish and are
great ways to explore your parks and make time in nature part of an
