Calling all kids (ages 7-11)! Join this three-week science, literacy and art program designed to connect you to your local park. Practice being a scientist and discover the world around you. Each session will focus on a central theme. Learn through hands-on nature exploration, observation, measurement, journal exercises, craft projects and team-building games. You may participate in more than one session at the same location since themes change each month.

Nature Investigators will be held from 1:30-5 p.m. for three consecutive Wednesdays and 3-5 p.m. on Fridays at Ragle Ranch, Crane Creek, Sonoma Valley, and Spring Lake. The cost is $140 per camper, per session and registration is required.

Camperships

Nature Investigator camperships are provided to families with significant financial need. Camperships will be given on a first-come first-served basis while funding lasts. Awards are based on the following criteria and are not guaranteed to every applicant:
