How are humans like a forest? Enjoy a guided easy to moderate hike into a pristine coastal forest along a riparian corridor. Investigate what constitutes a healthy forest ecosystem, and how that corresponds to our own lives. Through guided meditation and reflection about healthy lifestyles, we will have a deeper understanding of ourselves and nature. Free. Parking is $7 or free for  Regional Parks members.
