Outdoor fitness equipment and a toddlers’ play area are located along the Joe Rodota Trail in the Roseland Village shopping center. The area includes a train-themed play structure, six exercise stations, benches, shade trees and a drinking fountain. The area is connected to the Joe Rodota Trail via a wooden foot bridge.
Located on the north side of the Sebastopol Road shopping center, the area is open to the general public. The project was funded by the Sonoma County Community Reinvestment and Revitalization program and is the first step in creating the larger Joe Rodota Trail Linear Park concept identified in the “Sebastopol Road Urban Vision.”
