Forestville River Access is a small parking area just off River Road with a short trail leading to a scenic Russian River beach. This beach is also known as Mom's Beach. The rocky shore is ringed by greenery and redwoods, with a lovely view of the tall trees across the river. This is a great spot to relax and watch river paddlers heading downstream. There are no lifeguards at this beach, so please wear a life vest and take other safety precautions if entering the river. Forestville River Access is also an excellent fishing spot. The small parking area fills quickly in summer months, and overflow parking is not available.
