Project Background

The Final Environmental Impact Report and Master Plan were completed, and the park opened to the public in October 2018. To see the full extent of planned park improvements, view the documents available on the Tolay Lake Regional Park Master Plan page.

Project Funding

Funding includes the following:

Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria $1,496,487

District 2 Community Infrastructure $500,000

California Natural Resources Agency’s Cultural, Community and Natural Resources grant $389,850

California State Parks Per Capita grant $203,663

Parks for All Measure M $200,000

Sonoma County Parks Foundation $80,000

Area 5 Park Mitigation Fees $50,000
